I didnt see Dr. Rink...but I did see PA-C Jason Ryckeghem (his assistant). Ohhhhhh my God, sweet Baby Jesus thank you. He is amazing. He spoke to me in terms that I could understand complete with pictures and arrows (LOL). The upmost respect to Dr. Rink but Im thankful, it was devine intervention that I wasnt able to meet with him. His knowledge, passion and understanding are unmatched. His willingness to explain, teach and ensure you have a clear understanding about YOU, is remarkable. If I can have him for all things, I would. No questions asked..because he answered them accordingly.❣️

I’ve been seeing Dr Rink off and on for the last few years..hip pain..not fun. I was in his office more often as the shots weren’t always cutting it. He kept bringing up hip surgery and I didn’t wanna think about it…well…it’s 2026 and ugh… we now have a date coming up soon for surgery. I want my life back..pain free. I wanna work in my flower gardens, have lunch with friends, travel. Dr Rink will get me back out there and I so look forward to it. So…here’s to a new me…soon.

Dr Rink is the best! When I see him I know I'm going to get the best care and understand everything.

Dr. Rink was moderately late to my first consultation with him, but I assume that was due to his being as thorough with his other patients as he was with me. He explained everything very clearly, answered my questions and concerns, and listened to my suggestions while expressing his own recommendation for my treatment plan with confidence. I felt reassured by the depth of his experience.

I have been working with Dr. Rink at ORA Orthopedics since July 2025. It has been a pleasure to be treated by a physician that is both knowledgeable and communicates well his patients. He took the time to explain the components of my shoulder and how they work together smoothly when performing properly. Then he explained to me the factors that could be causing me discomfort. All this was explicated in a manner that I could understand. My diagnosis was followed by a comprehensive plan of action to make me whole again. I would recommend Dr Rink to anyone who has an injury and is looking for a physician to assist them in returning to full capacity.

I thought Dr Rink was going to exam me but they had the guy who does the surgical procedures with him instead. He was very adamant about the VA following up on my MRI I was given on July 15th 2025. Told me I needed to get a specialist for pain or neurologist.. as the VA had already mentioned to me. I have been going to Palmer but for some reason I was experiencing pain in my hip that Dr Rink replaced on May 8th 2024. The gentleman said it wasn't my hip that it was my back so I called the VA clinic and relayed the message to my primary care doctor. I also called Palmer for an appointment for lower lumbar adjustment and I am trying a acupuncture specialist in Moline IL on Wednesday of next week. I'm trying everything before going to the extreme of surgery or injections. Ty very much for your time and patience. Respectfully Wendy Kizer

Had to Wait a couple hours to see him which he promptly apologized for but there were a lot of people waiting. He’s up front and to the point. I was not particularly pleased with the diagnosis but I believe he was honest and knows about knees which is why I was there. He drained 29 cc’s of fluid off my knee and gave me a cortisone shot along with his honest opinion. The wait was lengthy but once he’s with you, it doesn’t take long.

I twisted my right knee while walking late Saturday night by stepping onto a non-level surface. I couldn’t walk without the help of my husband the rest of that night, or the following day. I went to ORA once back home, and met with Jason Ryckeghem, Dr. Rink’s Physician Assistant. ORA took several necessary X-rays and then PA Jason gave me a thorough explanation of those results. He answered my questions, and offered suggestions based on the findings. I felt PA Jason was a talented professional. He took the time to talk with me and determine my next steps (no pun intended!). I was satisfied with my treatment , PA Jason and ORA. Kind, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional providing great patient care!

I seen Dr. Rink on 7-3-2025 for a knee injection. My last injection was so painful I was screaming. This time Dr. Rink did it and I had no issues, did not scream etc. He has the magic touch. Our appointment was at 1:40. We arrived at 1:25 and checked in. We Did not get called until after 2 o’clock and we waited another half hour or more in the room for the doctor to come see us. Very disappointed at their scheduling. Dr. Rink is OK.

I went to him for a second opinion after seeing another doctor that said he did not need to x-ray my hand for a trigger thumb surgery, when a previous doctor in another state did and so did Dr Rink and Dr Rink also diagnosed me with severe arthritis, which two other doctors missed.
